One of the things I loved about 2020 weddings was the move, whether intentional or not, to smaller, more intimate weddings. So many couples chose to continue with their planned wedding date, just with only family and very close friends. I was honored to be a part of Sarah & Matt’s intimate Kellam Estate wedding this past fall. With just the people they love the absolute most, they had a gorgeous wedding with amazing flowers. Like, AMAZING flowers. And to top it off, bride Sarah arranged the flowers herself. They were incredible and really brought out the natural colors of the venue.
Their wedding was a true family affair with Sarah’s brother officiating and a sweet first look between Sarah and her dad. A gorgeous confetti toss at the end of the ceremony was the icing on the stunningly beautiful cake. Kellam Estate is a new wedding venue and I just love it. Not only is it right down the street from my house and studio (win win!), but it has a huge outdoor area for both your ceremony and a tented reception. They’ve renovated the historic property to perfection.
