My Why

I’ve been a professional photographer since 2007, but my journey of truly building my business and capturing life’s most important moments began when I moved to Virginia Beach 11 years ago with my husband. Our adventure started in Massachusetts, took us to San Diego, and finally led us to Virginia Beach—the place we now proudly call home.

Since then, our family has grown to include two energetic, spirited boys who fill our home with laughter, endless movement, and spontaneous dance parties—plus our two lovable black labs who add even more excitement to the mix! Whether we’re cooking together, watching movies, or simply embracing the everyday chaos, our life is full of joy—and that’s exactly what I strive to capture through my lens.

As a family and branding photographer, I believe that every family, event and buisness has a unique story worth documenting. More than just posed portraits, I focus on capturing authentic moments that highlight connection and personality.
