To photograph a marriage proposal is such a joy.

A little less than a year ago, Wes contacted me and let me know that he was planning on popping the question to his then girlfriend, Amanda.  I was over the moon thrilled that he had asked me to capture such a special, priceless moment in their lives.  The simple fact that he trusted me to not only capture the moment but to be present on that day is an honor and privilege that I don’t take lightly!  From deep down in my heart, thank you for letting me be apart of it!

He chose the location, Crim Dell bridge at William & Mary, because it had a special love story attached to it.  According to campus lore, two people crossing the bridge while holding hands will be lifelong friends; and if they kiss, lifelong lovers.  Ummmm Perfect! 

He popped the question and she said yes almost a year  ago and it is a moment I will never forget.  This is why I love my job.

I must apologize for not posting this session sooner.  I promise I am trying to get better at my blogging!  Since it is “Engagement Season” I figured it would be the perfect time to share with you.
